MENTORING
Sport mentoring is a new dimension of mental preparation and management for athletes, teams, coaches, and sports professionals.
CLUB
TEAMS
For club teams, mental mentoring refers to building a team to achieve the goals set by the management – the owner, management, etc. – by:
- mentally preparing the team,
- mentoring the team during the season/tournaments,
- managing challenges that arise,
- complex mentoring of the head coach, and
- mental assessment of opponents
Based on the above, mentoring involves the creation of a mental strategy followed by support for its operational implementation during player monitoring, each match, the assessment of new players, the development and management of the team’s player integration process, and the mental development of athletes at the individual and team level. In other words, complex mental mentoring ensures that the team can surpass its technical and physical potential. The programmes are tailored to each team’s specific needs, as each team has different objectives and athlete profiles, and, consequently, different mental advantages and disadvantages. Mentoring is based on the RISE Human Development System, which offers unique benefits in sports.
Our development approach ensures the club’s core business objectives are met while maximising the team’s performance. For more information on the structure of the development based on the RISE System, please visit
